Situated on the outskirts of the market town of Louth, capital of The Wolds and famous for it’s spire. Stewton House Nursing Home is set in idyllic landscaped grounds with mature trees and picturesque outlooks.
The house itself has the capacity to accommodate 48 people. The bedrooms are predominantly single, with en-suit facilities.
On the ground floor Stewton House has a beautiful dining area, with original dramatic carved wood panelling to all walls. A library is available for people who like the quieter life, and books are renewed regularly. A Morning Lounge, Music Room and Conservatory offer alternative areas to accommodate every taste.
The home also has a passenger lift and stair lift, for ease of access to the first floor, where clients will find a small kitchenette where snacks and drinks may be gained and a furnished quiet room, where family or professionals can be seen in private.
Stewton House has as excellent rating from The Quality Assurance Framework for providing nursing and residential care for older people.
